Family Law cases (filed with the District Clerk)

All others matters filed with County Clerk

Civil cases exceeding $500.00 and less than $100,000.00

Probate and Mental Health Code cases

Misdemeanor Criminal cases

Juvenile cases

Eminent Domain cases (concurrent with District Court)

Appellate cases from the Justice Courts
